What if Nestori doesn't exist when my child turns 18?
We commit to 180 days notice and a full ZIP export of everything you saved — photos, videos, letters, everything. You also have a one-click export any time from your profile. Your memories are never locked in.
Can the child see their capsule before 18?
No — capsule content stays sealed until the age you set (any age up to 18). You decide which memories go in the time capsule vs. the regular timeline that family can enjoy together now.
Who can see my memories?
Only you and the family members you invite. Data is encrypted at rest. We never train AI on your content.
What devices are supported?
Web, iOS and Android (Android coming soon). Auto-sync across all. Start on your phone during a coffee break, continue on the laptop in the evening.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your profile. The difference is prorated.
How do subscriptions work?
Free — 1 child, up to 20 memories and 5 GB. Good for trying us out.

They can be a contributor (adds memories and reactions) or a viewer (read only). You control the role at any time and can revoke access.
Invited people can have their own subscription and their own children — accounts are independent. An invitation grants access; it doesn't transfer your plan.
Memories added by family members count toward your storage, not theirs. Sealed messages (letters for 18) stay invisible to them until delivery.
